Hiring through Newys is simple!

Booking a Bouncy Castle from Newys could not be simpler. Just contact us by phone or the website to confirm availability. You do not need to pay a deposit and there are no hidden charges. All you pay is the price to hire each inflatable unit. Here are some other useful bits of information when hiring a Newys Bouncy Castle!

 

1. How do I Book ? You can email Newys@sky.com or telephone 01403 731375 or 07834 544794.

2. How much notice do I have to give for a booking ? You can make a booking anytime but bookings do get very busy in the summer so please book early to guarantee the unit you want and avoid disappointment. We guarantee every booking and never accept dupicate bookings.

3.How much does it cost ? Prices vary dependant on the size of the unit.

4.What do the prices include ? Price includes local delivery anywhere in West Sussex with set up, safety check and collection afterwards. You will also receive a blower, extension cable, pegs, circuit breaker, safety crash mat and instructions. There is an additional cost to deliveries outside West Sussex.

5.When are the Bouncy Castles available ? Our castles are available 7 days a week including Bank Holidays

6.How long do I get the equipment for ? We can deliver any time in the morning and our latest pick up is 7pm. You may pay an additional fee of £10 for a later pick up

7.Do you hire overnight? We do not hire overnight as a rule but can consider this for an extra charge

8.Do I have to pay a deposit? No deposit is required

9.How do I make payment? Payment has to be made in cash on DELIVERY of the unit or by online payments before the date of hire. If you do not have payment at the time of delivery, the driver will not set up the castle. No cheques are accepted unless they are cleared before the date of hire.

10.What if it rains? Our Bouncy Castles all have rain covers and are waterproof. However in the event of heavy rain we do not recommend usage. We will ring you on the day should the forecast be wet!

11.What if I need to cancel? There is no cancellation fee but we would like as much notice as possible.

12. Can the Bouncy Castle be set up on a slope? No this is not possible, a risk assessment is taken at all hires. Discussions must be sought to ensure the units will fit into the garden or hall.

13.How long does it take to set up/take down the Bouncy Castle? No more than 20 minutes to set up and 30 mins to take down. These are estimates on a normal hire and dependant on the size of the unit.

14.How much space is needed? We need a 3ft clear access to set up the unit. You will need a allow a five foot minimum on the length of the castle size and 2 feet either side. This is to allow access and the blower at the rear.Please ensure all garden toys, swings,slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc are removed from the area the castle is to be sited. Also please ensure dog excrement is cleared before we arrive.

15. When I hire a castle do I need to supply anything? We supply the hardware,you need to provide a 240 VOLTS MAINS Power Supply. You will need to show 2 forms of ID for our Insurance Purposes.We will not accept a hire from someone Under 18.

16.Do we supply safety instructions? Yes a full safety check is carried out at each hire with a set of instructions given to every hirer.

17.Is there an age limit for children using the castle? Yes all of our units are children bouncy castles and have an upper age limit, up to and including 14 years of age.

18.We do not hire our Bouncy Castles under ANY circumstances on concrete or similar.

19.Please note for weddings or similar full payment must be made in advance and a signed disclaimer form has to be sent back with payment. At the event YOU need to make sure we have clear access and informed the organisers where we will be setting up and have them ready for us.

20. Can the Bouncy Castles be used indoor Halls? Yes all of our units can be used in halls. Call us for halls in your area.
